History of This Book

In 2007, Steve Kantor published Billion Dollar Agent: Lessons Learned. Since that time, the real estate industry has undergone considerable and lasting change. After more than 1000 conversations with agents during those years, and while building his own business to include more than 100 part-time virtual assistants from an applicant pool of 2500+, Steve understood that it was time to revisit the concept with Billion Dollar Agent Manifesto.

The new project, due out in mid-2013, is a compilation of experiences and advice from some of the country’s top agents who have successfully weathered the recent changes in the industry. Billion Dollar Agent Manifesto will be a valuable reference for entrepreneurs at any level of experience as they plan for the future.
